Leadership is not a top down process. Leadership starts with a bold vision for what’s possible and what we want for the future of our City. That vision is formulated and enabled by the voices of the people and the engagement of residents. It’s further fortified with people elevated to government positions who have the competence and experience to give life to these ideas through sensible policy.

Engage the community. Elevate leaders. Coordinate finite resources.
