During the founding years of Buffalo ReUse (18 years ago now), I had a photo shoot with the New York Times Magazine and it was a hoot. The first photo shoot of my life and I think in the interest of doing something different, they had me juggling bricks (no joke). It fit with our mission, which was to use vacant and unwanted buildings as a vehicle for training youth and regenerating neighborhoods.

Saturday, I had my second ever photo shoot and the @theofficialcherylgorski captured my energy and excitement for our next adventure. I hope you will attend our campaign launch event, Tuesday, January 21st at 5:30 p.m. at 980 Northampton Street. Our campaign is about action! So please bring extra food items to support @buffalocommunityfridge or extra warm clothes items to support @stlukesmissionofmercy.

Onward!

Let’s do this Buffalo!
